Brilliant Builder. I commissioned Carter Builders to lay patio slabs in my garden. From the first time we spoke I was fully confident I had found the right builder. Absolute perfectionist. I found them telling me after I was happy with the completed job that they was going to change a slab they weren’t happy with. Very quick, but with no affect to the quality of the work.
